The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Feb. 16: Jose M. Cortez Ibarra, 43 was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place and charged with a restraining order violation.
Feb. 15: Esmeralda Chavez, 31, was arrested near W. Cherry Avenue and N.W. Second Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Feb. 15: Nathaniel James Rambel, 21, was arrested at Oxford Suites and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal trespass and and two counts of third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 14: Robert Maxwell Minton, 40, was arrested on the 1300 block of N.W. First Place and charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Feb. 14: Antonio James Sandoval, 35, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with DUII (controlled substance).
Feb. 14: Jacob Richard Mack, 27, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place and charged with hit-and-run (property).
Feb. 11: Ronald Layne Storment, 50, was arrested near N.First Street and E. Gladys Avenue and charged with reckless driving, DUII (alcohol) and refusing to take a breath test.
Feb. 11: Skyler Lee Kendrick, 27, was arrested in the Umatilla County Jail and charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 11: Michael Von Vertrees, 45, was arrested near W. Beach Avenue and N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Feb. 10: Felix Alberto Nieves, 36, was arrested on the 1200 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Feb. 10: Malachi Donovan Siler, 21, was arrested near W. Beebe Avenue and N.W. Spruce Avenue and charged with first-degree burglary of a residence and third-degree theft (less than $100).
