The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:

March 6: Michael Wayne Waelty, 36, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Highland Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.

March 6: Nathaniel James Rambel, 21, was arrested near E. Main Street and N.E. Second Street and charged with three counts second-degree criminal trespass.

March 6: Brian DeWayne Simmon, 55 was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and failure to appear.

March 6: Ciro Jose Gutierrez, 20, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with DUII (alcohol), minor in possession of alcohol, driving without a license and failure to obey a traffic-control device.

March 5: Christopher James Wallace, 56, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with felony failure to appear.

March 4: Joleen Cecil Hart, 41, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).

March 3: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 25, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).

March 1: Kyle L. Decker, 31, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with failure to appear, menacing, second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault.

March 1: Sergio Ramires Barreto, 29, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.

March 1: Fabiola Del Rocio Cardenas-Cruz, 42, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Jennie Avenue and charged with second-degree child neglect.

Feb. 28: Anthony L. Wheeler, 60, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Main Street and charged with felon in possession of a weapon.

Feb. 24: Bernabe Guardado Escalante, 34, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation, misdemeanor failure to appear and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).

Feb. 24: Rachel Doreen Haworth, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Quince Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
