The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
March 24: Jose Luis Barajas Garcia, 50, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000)
March 24: Rogelio Silva, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with resisting arrest, second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and first-degree criminal trespass.
March 24: Luis Ramon Garcia, 26, was arrested near N. First Street and E. Beebe Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, felony probation violation, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
March 24: Erika Christine Camara, 27, was arrested on the 1100 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with first-degree theft (over $1,000), and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
March 24: Aaron Campos, 23, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with felony probation violation.
March 24: Shawn Michael Mayes, 29, was arrested on the 600 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with felony probation violation.
March 23: Jesse Jay Focht, 28, was arrested near N.W. Seventh Street and W. Hartley Avenue and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000).
March 22: Rogelio Silva, 29, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
March 20: Jeremy Wayne Smith, 44, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
March 19: Anthony Tavarez Cruz, 19, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with restraining order violation.
March 19: Cecilia Lizett Moreno, 21 was arrested on the 2500 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with one count of second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), one count of second-degree theft ($101-$1,000, other), third-degree theft, (shoplifting less than $100), misdemeanor failure to appear, and first-degree criminal trespass.
March 18: Luis Barajas Cardenas, 68, was arrested on teh 400 block of W. Jennie Avenue #88 and charged with public urination.
March 17: Rachel Doreen Haworth, 30, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000).
March 17: Ben J. Davison Jr., 50, was arrested on N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
