The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 12: Lylyana Jamie-Sanchez, 20, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
April 11: Christian Jesus Ayala Licea, 21, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and S.E. Second Street and charted with misdemeanor DWS/R.
April 10: Kimberly Ann Murphy, 42, was arrested in the Umatilla County Jail and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
April 8: Malachi Donovan Siler,, 21, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with third-degree theft.
April 8: Jolene Cecil Hart, 41, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
April 5: Jaime Aguilar Rosales, 49, was arrested in the Umatilla County Jail and charged with restraining order violation.

April 3: Jeova Gerardo Guzman, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Locust and charged with felony failure to appear.
April 2: Bryce Gannon Buhl, 24, was arrested near S.E. Fifth Street and W. Hurlburt Avenue and charged with hit-and-run (property).
April 2: Mateo Simon Carrillo, 34, was arrested near N.W. 12th Street and W. Hartley Avenue and charged with attempt to elude/flee, reckless driving, DUII (alcohol) and failure to drive within lane.
April 1: Devin Lindsey Christensen, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Quince Avenue and charged with parole violation for sanction/detainer.
March 31: Migeul Jose Antonio, 30, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, second-degree assault, strangulation (aggravated assault) and harassment/offensive physical contact.
March 30: Hugo Ochoa Sanchez, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
