The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
April 28: Spencer Carl Seitoku Hull, 38, was arrested on the 1700 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree forgery and identity theft.
April 24: Joleen Cecil Hart, 41, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Beech Avenue and cited for failure to appear.
April 23: Jesse Kau Fpcjt, 28, was arrested near E. Elm Avenue and N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (less than $100).
April 23: Tyler Lee Lathrom, 28, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. Spruce and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 22: Amanda Renee Cazares, 36, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
April 22: Roy Joseph Camargo, 40, was arrested on the 500 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
April 22: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 27, was arrested near W. Beebe Avenue and N.W. Spruce Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
April 22: Davied Richard Katon, 36, was arrested near W. Ridgeway Avenue and N.W. Fourth Street and charged with contempt of court, fugitive and felony unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
April 21: Lucas Martin Davis, 42, was arrested near E. Diagonal and E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with misdemeanor DWS/R.
April 21: Cheyenne Hendricks, 23, was arrested near W. Dogwood and N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
April 21: Justin Richard Bryan, 41, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and E. Highland Avenue and charged with being a fugitive.
April 21: Heather Corine Clinton, 25, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and S.E. Second Street and charged with being a fugative and urinating in public.
