The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
May 15: Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 42, was arrested near S. First Street and W. Orchard Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.
May 15: Alex Michael Shaver, 26, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, misdemeanor failure to appear, felony failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.
May 15: Carlos Salvador Duran, 31, was arrested on the 100 block of W. McKenzie Avenue and charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 15: Martin E. Maher, 47, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with first-degree theft (over $1,000 from a motor vehicle, and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
May 15: Jennifer Ann Walchli, 34, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with first-degree theft (over $1,000 from a motor vehicle, and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
May 15: Cecilia Lizett Moreno, 21 was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with identity theft, computer crime and third-degree theft (less than $100).
May 15: Samuel Perez Carrillo, 37, was arrested on the 100 block of S.W. Third Street and charged with felony failure to appear.
May 15: Pablo Diego Marcos, 25, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and N.W. 10th Street and charged with DUII (alcohol), careless driving, driving uninsured, and driving without a license.
May 14: Samantha Daun Irwin, 27, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with parole/LSA violation
May 14: Issac Johnathan Phillips, 26, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
May 13: Daniel Carranza Lemus, 30, was arrested near 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 12: Karl David English, 37, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 11: Nova Elise Parker, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000).
May 11: Berenice Rodriguez Gonzalez, 36, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with felony failure to appear.
May 11: Abigail Elizabeth Thompson, 22, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. First and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 10: Victor Castaneda, 19, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (less than $100).
May 10: Jose Anthony Castaneda-Garcia, 19, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (less than $100).
May 7: Molli Jayne Leeson, 21, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First and charged with first-degree theft (over $1,000).
May 7: Matthew Allen Dean Pearce, 32, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Elm Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 7: Garrett Samuel Beal, 28, was arrested on the 200 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree burglary of a business, first-degree criminal trespass (vandalism), and third-degree theft frm a building (less than $100).
May 7: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 27, was arrested on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 7: Juan Carlos Ceja, 33, was arrested on the 900 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 6: Juan Hernandez Martinez, 37, was arrested on the 1100 block of N. First Street and charged with hit and run (property).
May 5: Daniel Christopher Morse, 31, was on the 1100 block of S. First Street, #C2 and charged with third-degree theft (less than $100).
