The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:

May 23: Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 42, was arrested on the 100 block of N.E. Cornell Place and charged with third-degree assault and menacing.

May 22: Rachel Doreen Haworth, 30, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.

May 21: Eduardo Godinez Garcia, 30, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with third-degree assault, reckless endangering, DUII (alcohol), DWS/R violation, driving uninsured and open container.

May 20: Jose Octavio Perez, 28, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with being a fugitive.

May 19: Deanna Dawn Ashcraft, 59, was arrested on the 500 block of N.W. 12th Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass.

May 19: Jaime Aguilar Rosales, 49, was arrested near W. Locust and S.W. Third Street and charged with a restraining order violation.

May 18: Joleen Cecil Hart, 41, was arrested on the 1800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100), misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.

May 17: Daniel Erwin Hood, 42, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).

May 17: Rebecca Joy Hood, 41, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).

May 17: Serria Dawn Erickson, 30, was arrested on the 1700 block of N. First Street and charged with felony probation violation.

May 16: Juan Deleon Leon, 28, was arrested near N.W. 11th Street and W. Linda Avenue and charged with failure to carry or present a license.

May 16: George Luis Angel, 28, was arreseted near N. McNary and E. Jennie Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.

May 16: Jennika Mendoza, 24, was arrested on the 500 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor DWS/R, illegal window tinting, and failure to change information – ODL.
