The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
May 30: Tyler Lee Lathrom, 28, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Beebe Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 29: Heather Dawn Evans, 42, was arrested at the Hermiston Police Department and charged with identity theft, first-degree forgery, first-degree theft (fraud over $1,000) and violation of a restraining order.
May 29: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Dogwood Avenue and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000).
May 28: James Alan Lycett, 37, was arrested near N. First Street and E. Theater Lane and charged with being a fugitive and possession of a stolen vehicle.
May 28: Steven Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested near W. Orchard Avenue and S.W. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 28: Danilo Diego Salvador, 22, was arrested on the 600 block of S.E. Fourth Street and charged with two counts of misdemeanor DWS/R, two counts of giving false information, and illegal stopping or standing.
May 28: Sydney Nicole Riddle, 28, was arrested near E. Dogwood and N. First Street and was charged with felony probation violation.
May 27: George Luis Angel, 29, was arrested on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
May 25: Mathew Dennis Spivey, 32, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
May 24: Kimberlee Castellanos, 49, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 24: Jacob Spaulding, 44, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
May 24: Aline Cristina Reynolds, 40, was arrested on the 600 block of E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with felony probation violation.
May 23: Jaime Aguilar Rosales, 49, was arrested in the Umatilla County Jail and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
