The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
July 17: John Joseph McKinley, 48, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater lane and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass.
July 16: Jaime Aguilar Rosales, 49, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Dogwood Avenue and charged with felony probation violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, and contempt of court.
July 16: Leonicio Isaac Garza, 39, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Main Street and charged with fourth-degree assault.
July 14: Rachel Doreen Haworth, 30, was arrested near N. Spruce and W. Beebe and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 13: Kennith Franklin Brown, 30, was arrested near W. Laird and S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 13: James Joseph Stidham, 23, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Juniper Avenue and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
July 13: Jenessa Marie Melton, 25, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Street and charged wtih misdemeanor probation violation.
July 13: Joel Ernesto Rodriguez, 36, was arrested on 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
July 13: Eden Orozco Jimenez, 28, was arrested on 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 13: Malachi Donovan Siler, 22, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
July 10: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 31, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
July 10: Jennifer Ashley Cervantes, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass, offensive littering, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
July 10: Cody Philip Hofbauer, 23, was arrested on the 200 block of W. Harper Road and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
July 9: Toni Lynn Warnock, 60, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 9: Jennifer Ashley Cervantes, 29, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 9: Charles Brian Barker, 49, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with parole/LSA violation.
