The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 5: Cesar Enrigue Ochoa, 26, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Harper Road and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Sept. 4: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 25, was arrested near S.W. 3rd Street and E. Pine and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 4: Cyrrus James Shaver, 21, was arrested on the 4700 block of W. Pioneer Place and charged with third-degree assault.
Sept. 4: Ty Cody Davies, 29, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with first-degree theft (more than $1,000 theft from motor vehicle), second-degree theft ($101-$1,000 theft from motor vehicle), third-degree theft (less than $100 theft from motor vehicle), three counts of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 4: Toni Lynn Warnock, 60, was arrested near W. Cherry and N.W. Spruce and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 3: Brandon Nicholas Saucillo, 36, was arrested on the 400 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and chargted with third-degree assault.
Sept. 3: Logan Charles Wilson, 24, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Juniper Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 2: Wyatt K. Alleman, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Sept. 2: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 28, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Theater Lane and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 31: Aries Sanchez Ramirez, 38, was arrested near E. Diagonal and N.E. 10th Street and charged with injury hit-and-run, driving without a license and driving uninsured.
Aug. 31: Cecilia Lizett Moreno, 22, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 30: Serria Dawn Erickson, 30, was arrested on near W. Theater Lane and N.W. Eucaplyptus and charged with felony probation violation.
Aug. 30: Warrine Wenona Terpening, 54, was arrested on the 900 block of S.W. 4th Street and charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Aug. 29: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested near E. Ridgeway and S.E. Second Street and charged with second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
Aug. 28: Andres Chales Lorenzo, 29, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 5th Street and charged with riot (simple assault), third-degree assault), and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Aug. 28: Rufino Mejia Ramirez, 19, was arrested on the 200 block of N.W. 5th Street and charged with riot (simple assault), third-degree assault), and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Aug. 28: Simon A. Andrews Cristobal, 20, was arrested on the 1000 block of W. Juanita Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Aug. 28: Michael Anthony Iles, 34, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Beech Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass, and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Aug. 27: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Oregon Avenue and charged with contempt of court and restraining order violation.
Aug. 27: Andriece Dominique Riggins, 29, was arrested on the 1800 block of N. 1st Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
