The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 15: Ben Davison Jr., 50, was arrested near W. Ridgeway and N.W. Butte Drive and charged with being a fugitive, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 15: Felicia Ashlie Jones, 30, was arrested on the 1200 block of N.W. 7th Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 15: Jozef Israel Jones, 34, was arrested on the 1200 block of N.W. 7th Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 14: Alex Michael Shaver, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with altering ID number from a firearm, felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and felony possession of methamphetamine.
Oct. 14: Zacharia Nickloas Koekemoer, 19, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 14: Jenifer Lee Foster, 35, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with parole/LSA violation, and second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 14: Austin Jeffery Hinrichsen, 31, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Oct. 13: Guadalupe Velasquez Ramirez, 24, was arrested near S.W. 11th and W. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), unlawfully applying graffiti, and unlawful possession of graffiti instrument.
Oct. 14: Tyler Lee Lathrom, 28, was arrested on the 600 block of N. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 14: Marco Antonio Garcia, 36, was arrested near S.E. 4th Street and E. Hurlburt Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, and misdemeanor DWS/R.
Oct. 14: Fransisco Ramos Ramos, 23, was arrested near S.W. 10th Street and W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, and felony failure to appear.
Oct. 12: Marko Douglas McCarroll, 50, was arrested near W. Cedar Drive and W. Highland Avenue and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, DWS/R violation, driving uninsured, and illegal display/switched plates.
Oct. 12: Gerson Garcia Lopez, 20, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Oct. 12: William Junior Bell, 71, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 12: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested in the Umatilla County Jail and charged with first-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000).
Oct. 11: Luis Barajas-Cardenas, 69, was arrested on the 500 block of N. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 11: Edwin Villarreal, 20, was arrested near N.E. 4th Street and E. Oregon and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, and misdemeanor DWS/R.
Oct. 10: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested on the 200 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 9: Luis Medina, 19, was arrested on the 400 block of S.E. 7th Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, and misdemeanor probation violation.
Oct. 9: Andrew Tylor Steele, 27, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with fourth-degree assault.
