The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:

Oct. 29: Daniel Paul Alston, 53, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).

Oct. 29: Jon David Hanna, 45, was arrested on the 1400 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

Oct. 29: Charles Adam Buettner, 35, was arrested near W. Catherine Avenue and N. 1st Street and charged wtih parole/LSA violation, and misdemeanor probation violation.

Oct. 29: Miriah Ann Withers Elwell, 30, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged wtih parole/LSA violation.

Oct. 28: Alyssa Harvill, 23, was arrested on the 200 block of W. Harper Road and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.

Oct. 28: Juan Antonio Tellez, 31, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st and charged with fourth-degree assault, and harassment.

Oct. 28: Felix Alberto Nieves, 36, was arrested on the 1000 block of N. 1st Street and charged with felony probation violation.

Oct. 28: Jonathon Alexander Metcalf, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of S.W. 23rd Street and charged with reckless driving, and DUII (alcohol).

Oct. 27: Larry Allen Preston Jr., 29, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Main Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

Oct. 27: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 22, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Jennie Avenue and charged with restraining order violation, and possession of a firearm/ammo by person prohibited.

Oct. 26: Chris Allen Ralston, 63, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with misdemanor failure to appear.

Oct. 26: Erica Loren Lamarsh, 24, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with being a fugitive.

Oct. 26: Rosalinda Faye Ruiz, 32, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

Oct. 26: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested near W. Orchard Avenue and S. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and first-degree criminal trespass.
