The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Nov. 13: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Newport Avenue and charged with failure to appear.
Nov. 13: Felix Alberto Nieves, 36, was arrested near W. Beebe Avenue and N.W. Spruce and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Nov. 12: Isaac Guzman, 26, was arrested on the 600 block of N.E. Willow Court and charged with harassment.
Nov. 12: Guadalupe Velasquez Ramirez, 24, was arrested near S.W. 11th Street and W. Highland Avenue and charged with hit-and-run (property), reckless driving, DWS/R violation, driving uninsured, and failure to obey traffic control device.
Nov. 12: Rachel Doreen Haworth, 30, was arrested at Goodwill in Hermiston and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100), and first-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 12: Robyn Lynn Zook, 41, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and first-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 12: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested at the Hermiston Plaza and charged with contempt of court, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 11: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 25, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Ridgeway and charged with failure to appear.
Nov. 11: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 28, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 9: Jacob Michael Ellis, 32, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11 Street and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Nov. 8: Malachi Donovan Siler, 22, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with failure to appear.
Nov. 8: Jose Luis Armenta, 46, was arrested near E. Diagonal and N.E. 10th Street and charged with misdemeanor DWS/R.
Nov. 8: Tony Lee Richardson, 55, was arrested at McKenzie Park and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Nov. 7: Jose Antonio Espino Sanchez, 26, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 7: Annette Marie Greiner, 51, was arrested on the 2500 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with first-degree theft (theft of firearm).
Nov. 7: Adrian Alberto Hernandez Virelas, 28, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Nov. 7: Kenneth Lydell Harris, 43, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Main Street and charged with failure to appear.
Nov. 7: William Junior Bell, 71, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and E. Evelyn and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
