The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Nov. 21: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested on the 100 block of N.E. 2nd Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000), and first-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 20: Bryan Carl Cook, 59, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Nov. 19: Victoria Landeros, 23, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, and third-degree criminal mischief.
Nov. 18: Malachi Donovan Siler, 22, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 18: Kara Anne Sowell, 36, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Nov. 17: John Dario Godinez, 64, was arrested near W. Highland Avenue and S.W. 11th Street and charged with felony probation violation, and felony DWS/R.
Nov. 17: Cheryl Kehaulani Bradley, 50, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Nov. 17: Alex Covarrubias Espain, 36, was arrested near E. Hurlburt and S.E. 4th Street and charged with felony DWS/R.
Nov. 17: Gerardo Aguilar, 20, was arrested on the 400 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, first-degree rape, and strangulation.
Nov. 17: Marc Aaron Duane Lopes, 51, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. 1st Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Nov. 16: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested on the 300 block of S. 1st Street and charged with failure to appear.
Nov. 15: Jenessa Marie Melton, 25, was arrested on the 1100 block of N. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Nov. 15: Michael Anthony Iles, 34, was arrested near E. Jennie Avenue and N.E. 3rd Street and charged with felony probation violation, felony failure to appear, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 14: Daniel Henry Wilson, 58, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. Spruce and charged with third-degree assault, hit-and-run (injury), first-degree criminal mischief, and reckless driving.
Nov. 14: Victor Flores Martinez, 44, was arrested on the 600 block of E. Gladys Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
