The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Dec. 27: John Arthur Baxter, 33, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Elm Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 26: Eduardo Rodriguez Hechavarria, 35, was arrested at 1350 N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Dec. 25: Liliana De La Cruz Garcia, 49, was arrested on the 200 block of N.E. 6th Street and charged with fourth-degree assault.
Dec. 24: Armando Medina Verdin, 22, was arrested on the 400 block of N. 1st Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 22: Arden Euset Calderon, 24, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Laird Avenue and charged with DUII (alcohol), hit-and-run (property), failure to install ignition interlock device, and refusal to take a breath test.
Dec. 22: Alejandra Tejeda, 25, was arrested near N.E. 6th Street and E. Montana Avenue and charged with failure to appear.
Dec. 22: Malachi Donovan Siler, 22, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and N.E. 6th Street and charged wtih misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 21: Alyssa Harvill, 24, was cited on the 100 block of E. Highland Avenue for failure to appear.
Dec. 21: Asia Nicole Hayne, 23, was cited near S.E. 3rd Street and E. Hurlburt Avenue for failure to appear.
Dec. 20: Xavier Michael Rodriguez, 30, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Wilshire Avenue and charged with first-degree burglary (residence), first-degree criminal mischief, reckless burning, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
