The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Jan. 22: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested on the 500 block of N.E. Aspen Drive and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Jan. 22: Stephen Mark Forest, 65, was arrested on the 600 block of E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with parole violation.
Jan. 21: Juan Martin Lopez, 28, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Beech Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, and felony failure to appear.
Jan. 21: Isaac Guzman, 26, was arrested on the 600 block of N.E. Willow Court and charged with coercion (intimidation/threat), and harassment.
Jan. 20: Jordon Douglas Mitchell, 26, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with failure to appear.
Jan. 19: Kyle Lynn Muth, 28, was arrested on the 700 block of E. Main Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, coercion (intimidation/threat), and second-degree kidnapping.
Jan. 18: Armando Medina Verdin, 23, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Oregon Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Jan. 18: Malachi Donovan Siler, 22, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with failure to appear.
Jan. 18: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested near N.E. 3rd Street and E. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with failure to appear.
Jan. 18: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 51, was arrested on the 1500 block of N. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jan. 14: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with resisting arrest, third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100), and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Jan. 13: Amanda Renee Cazares, 37, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Main Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Jan. 10: Marisa Garcia, 29, was arrested near E. Elm Avenue and N. 1st Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jan. 10: Miguel Alexis Garcia Garduno, 22, was arrested near N.W. Geer Road and W. Harper Road and charged with DUII (alcohol), and reckless driving.
Jan. 10: Stephen Scott Rodriguez, 42, was arrested near E. Highland Avenue and S.E. 4th Street and charged misdemeanor failure to appear, and felony failure to appear.
