The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
July 10: Eduardo Garcia Godinez, 29, was arrested on the 200 block of E. Beech Avenue and charged with hit-and-run (property), driving uninsured, driving without a license, and following too close.
July 10: Magdeleno Tinoco Ortiz, 30, was arrested on near N.E. Fourth Street and E. Aspen and charged with driving uninsured and misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
July 10: Daniel Diaz Jaime, 39, was arrested on the 1600 block of S.W. Johanna Drive and charged with third-degree theft (less than $1,000, purse snatching), and fourth-degree assault.
July 10: Christina Marie Rodriguez, 35, was arrested near E. Theater Lane and N.E. Eighth Street and charged with parole/LSA violation.
July 9: Leon Glenn Wagoner, 55, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 8: Cody Allen Spradlin, 29, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault.
July 7: Russell Clarence Proctor, 45, was arrested on the 1300 block of N.E. Townsend Road and charged with first-degree burglary (residence), felon in possession of a weapon, two counts of first-degree theft (over $1,000), parole/LSA violation, second-degree criminal mischief.
