The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
June 24: Gerardo Cruz, 18, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked.
June 23: Rodrigo Francisco Margarito, 25, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with DUII (alcohol) and following too close.
June 23: Ignacio Martin Ramirez, 33, was arrested on the 300 block of W. Harper Road and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and DUII (three or more convictions in 10 prior years).
June 23: Ronald Lee Johnson, 65, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 23: Ronald Lee Johnson, 65, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
June 23: Ronald Lee Johnson, 65, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000) and parole/LSA violation.
June 22: Tony Lee Richardson, 56, was arrested on the 1700 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
June 21: Priscilla Centeno, 40, was arrested on the 1000 block of S.W. Ninth Place and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
June 21: Alejandro Gutierrez, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and second-degree criminal trespass.
June 21: Juan Carlos Ochoa, 31, was arrested near S. Highway 395 and E. Highland Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation, false information to law enforcement, interfering with a peace officer, and failure to use crosswalk.
June 20: Carlos Hidalgo, 46, was arrested near N.W. 11th Street and W. Elm Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
June 20: Angel Rafael Delacruz Cardenas, 22, was arrested on the 1500 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
