The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Aug. 5: Hector Miguel Dominguez, 31, was cited and released on the 1700 block of N.E. Oregon Avenue for hit and run (property).
Aug. 4: Jose DeJesus Rodriguez Acosta, 47, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Theater Lane and charged with DUII (alcohol) and careless driving with accident.
Aug. 4: Christopher W. Rickard, 46, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Alder Avenue and charged with menacing (intimidation/threat).
Aug. 4: Elizabeth Kay Baker, 26, was arrested near N.W. Eucalyptus Drive and W. Yucca Avenue and charged with first-degree burglary (residence), third-degree theft (other) less than $100, and second-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism).
Aug. 3: Daniel Mejia, 31, was arrested on the 900 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with DUII (alcohol), reckless driving, reckless endangering, failure to install ignition interlock device, operating a vehicle without driving privileges (no OPS), and refusing to take a breath test.
Aug. 1: Sierra Dawn Schultz, 34, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree criminal trespass.
Aug. 1: Tevin Anthony Thomas, 26, was arrested on the 1100 block of N.W. 11th Street #6 and charged with first-degree theft (theft of firearm) and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
July 31: Samantha Daun Irwin, 28, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 30: Adam Fredrick Abell, 35, was cited and released on the 400 block of N.E. Quail Court for hit and run (property).
July 30: Justin James Sanders, 40, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of E. Beebe and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
July 30: Alyssa Harvill, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
July 30: Tony Lee Richardson, 56, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
July 30: Brooke Ashley Guerrero, 29, was arrested on the 100 block of Hermiston Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
July 29: Elizabeth Kay Baker, 26, was cited and released on the 2200 block of S. Highway 395 for third-degree theft (other) less than $100.
July 29: Chris Allen Ralston, 64, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
