The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 12: Chris Allen Ralston, 64, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of E. Hurlburt and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 9: Jessie J. Grigsby, 50, was arrested on the 100 block of E. Highland Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism) and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Oct. 8: Romique Crystal Espino, 40, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Oct. 8: Jesus Alberto Lopez Ibarra, 46, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with first-degree forgery.
Oct. 7: Brian Eugene Cornett, 51, was arrested on the 1700 block of N. First Street and charged with DUII (3 or more convictions in 10 prior years), hit and run – property, and motor vehicle crash.
Oct. 7: Vanessa Aimee Rodriguez, 29, was arrested on a warrant near W. Elm Avenue and N.W. 11th Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation.
Oct. 7: Jaime Castillo Guerrero, 41, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 4: Kasha Leann Kobasa, 31, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of E. Main Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 3: Sergio Ramires Barreto, 30, was arrested near Beech Avenue and McNary Street and charged with DUII – alcohol.
Oct. 2: Adrian Torres Nava, 24, was arrested on a warrant on the 500 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Oct. 1: Leobardo Covarrubias, 22, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Oct. 1: Lilliana Dalilah Montoya, 24, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 1: Amanda Grace Grigsby, 38, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 1: Leobardo Covarrubias, 22, was arrested on the 300 block of S.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree burglary (business) and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) theft from building.
Sept. 24: Julio Cesar Amador Lopez, 37, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with contempt of court and misdemeanor failure to appear.
