The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 24: Isidro Canchola, 22, was arrested on a warrant near W. Hermiston Avenue and S. First Place and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and illegal window tinting.
Oct. 24: Ruben Fernandez, 40, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 23: Robert Allen Rhodes, 51, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of N.E. 10th Street and charged with felony failure to appear.
Oct. 23: Gregory Lewis Canselo, 26, was arrested on the 4700 block of N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 23: Alma Marivel Cervantes, 54, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 22: Cristobal Chavez Lopez, 59, was arrested near N. First Street and E. Cornell and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II), two counts of failure to carry or present license, driving uninsured, and driving while suspended or revoked violation.
Oct. 22: Artemio Lopez Martin, 37, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Main Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest (disorderly conduct).
Oct. 22: Danny Allen Bartell, 53, was arrested on the 500 block of E. Main Street and charged with restraining order violation.
Oct. 22: Eduardo Irvin Moreno, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Beech Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft (less than $100) other, second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), and second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 21: Justin Edward Porter, 34, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Oct. 21: Shelby Nicole DeLong, 26, was arrested on the 1300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 21: Calvin Hunter Netherda, 29, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (Schedule I) and second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 20: Jose Roque Jr., 20, was arrested on the 1200 block of N.W. Seventh Street and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault) and interfering with making a report.
Oct. 18: Fancy Fawn Russell, 24, was arrested on a warrant near W. Dogwood Avenue and N.W. Second Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 16: Alejandro Gutierrez, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of N.W. Third Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
