The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Oct. 31: Shelby Nicole DeLong, 26, was cited and released on the 4700 block of Pioneer Place for second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Oct. 31: Randall Lance Mosqueda, 55, was arrested near N. First Street and W. Cherry Avenue and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 30: Diego Lucas Y. Lucas, 21, was arrested on the 1000 block of S.W. 10th Place and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault).
Oct. 30: Sean Joseph Salatka, 42, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 30: Rachel Ann Jones, 47, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with first-degree theft (shoplifting over $1,000) and first-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 29: Marie Cervantes, 25, was arrested on the 1000 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
Oct. 29: Marcus Thomas Rhorer, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of E. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
Oct. 28: Wendy Lynn Long, 53, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for second-degree criminal trespass.
Oct. 28: Carlos A. Gonzalez Orellana, 51, was cited and released on the 1300 block of N. First Street for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Oct. 27: Leobardo Covarrubias, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Oct. 27: Alejandro Gutierrez, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of N.W Third Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Oct. 26: Trinidad Medelez Garcia, 55, was arrested near S.W. Seventh Street and W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear, failure to renew, driving uninsured, and driving while suspended or revoked violation.
Oct. 26: Michael Ray Hoffman Jr., 23, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Oct. 25: Francisco Javier Hernandez Lopez, 30, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue, unit 7 and charged with fourth-degree assault (simple assault), menacing (simple assault), and tampering with a witness.
Oct. 24: George Luis Angel, 30, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of E. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
