The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Nov. 30: Kevin Shawn Chamberlain, 33, was arrested near W. Orchard Avenue and S.W. Ninth Street and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
Nov. 30: Zayne Charles Owen, 35, was cited and released on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 for third-degree theft (less than $100) other.
Nov. 30: Sagrario Velasco Cortez, 36, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Jennie Avenue #B2 and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Nov. 29: Luis Angel Maldonado, 20, was arrested on a warrant near N. First Street and E. Catherine Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 28: Aaron Campos, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Nov. 28: Alejandro Gutierrez, 26, was arrested on the 900 block of N.W. Third Street and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
Nov. 28: Alejandro Gutierrez, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 900 block of N.W. Third Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Nov. 27: Rebecca Ann Mayes, 31, was arrested on a warrant near E. Newport Avenue and S.E. Second Street and charged with parole/LSA violation and contempt of court.
Nov. 27: Michael Joseph Fig, 43, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Nov. 25: Jamie Ann Heathman, 36, was arrested on a warrant near W. Harper Avenue and N.W. Sixth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 25: Justin Keith Burnside, 41, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with felony failure to appear.
Nov. 24: Carmela Estrada-Pinedo, 42, was cited and released on the 300 block of S. First Street for second-degree criminal mischief (not vandalism).
Nov. 23: Leobardo Covarrubias, 22, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of E. Highland Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Nov. 23: Alex Flores, 38, was arrested on the 80500 block of N. Highway 395 and charged with DUII – alcohol.
