The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Dec. 17: David Daniel Diaz, 26, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with parole/LSA violation and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Dec. 17: Jeremy Clayton Bergstad, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 16: Jacob Walter Lee Pegg, 38, was arrested on the 600 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 16: Charles Cass Cooley, 45, was arrested on the 900 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 15: Brandie Kay Lynn Lorenzo, 32, was arrested near W. Hermiston Avenue and N.W. 11th Street and charged with third-degree theft (less than $100) other.
Dec. 15: Adrian Torres Nava, 24, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of N.W. 12th Street and charged with parole/LSA violation.
Dec. 15: Tyler Lee Lathrom, 29, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Hermiston Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Dec. 14: Sofia Leanne Montez, 38, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Dec. 13: Jennifer Marie Reser, 34, was arrested near W. Highland Avenue and S.W. 17th Street and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked, driving uninsured, and impounded vehicle.
Dec. 12: Marcus Thomas Rhorer, 43, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of W. Cherry Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 12: Maryanne Hernandez, 28, was arrested on the 200 block of N. First Street and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), menacing (intimidation/threat), and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.
Dec. 11: Sarah Dawn Aguilera, 33, was arrested on the 1200 block of S.W. 11th Street #536 and charged with restraining order violation.
Dec. 9: Mario Antonio Gonzalez, 42, was arrested on the 1200 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with harassment (A) offensive physical contact (simple assault).
Dec. 8: Kyle Christopher Clark, 30, was cited and released on the 1500 block of W. Highland Avenue for misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked.
Dec. 8: Devin Lindsey Christensen, 32, was cited and released near E. Catherine Avenue and N.W. Second Street for second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
