The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Jan. 3: Angel Rafael De la Cruz Cardenas, 23, was arrested on a warrant on the 300 block of W. Harper Road and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jan. 1: Elfrid Joab Herrarte, 19, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor probation violation.
Dec. 31: George Luis Angel, 30, was arrested on the 1100 block of W. Highland Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 30: Denver Hans Sparks, 23, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Dec. 30: John Joseph McKinley, 49, was arrested on the 500 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with felony failure to appear.
Dec. 30: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 52, was arrested on the 500 block of S. Highway 395 and charged with misdemeanor probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 30: Devina Victoria Monreal, 21, was cited and released near N.W. 11th Street and W. Linda Avenue for misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked.
Dec. 29: Nickolas Joseph North, 45, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100) and first-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 29: Avery Jackson Quillin, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of E. Cornell Place and charged with parole/LSA violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 28: Alyssa Harvill, 25, was arrested at the Umatilla County Jail and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Dec. 26: Jose Antonio Villalpando Jr., 39, was arrested on the 400 block of E. Pine Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 26: Alyssa Harvill, 25, was arrested on a warrant on the 200 block of E. Main Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 26: Eduardo Irvin Moreno, 32, was arrested on the 300 block of E. Catherine Avenue and charged with two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
Dec. 26: Juan Rodriguez Pacheco, 52, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Dec. 25: Alexandrea Cavan, 19, was cited and released near S. First Street and S.W. Cottonwood Drive for DUII – alcohol and reckless driving.
