The InterMountain Education Service District Board of Directors approved the2014-2015 IMESD Local Service Plan (LSP) during its Jan. 15 regular board meeting.
IMESD component school district boards will be asked to consider approval of this annual plan during their February board meetings. The LSP is a required annual document developed in coordination with the 19 component school districts in the IMESD service area that outlines the General Fund services the IMESD provides to its local districts.
The LSP must include information on its four core service areas mandated by HB 3184: Programs for Children with Special Needs, Technology, School Improvement Services, and Administrative Services. The IMESD LSP also includes information regarding its annual budget, entrepreneurial services and staffing.
