The Inland Northwest Orchestra, under the direction of R. Lee Friese, will perform at the Hermiston High School auditorium at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 29.
The program will feature winners of the Young Artist Competition that was held this month.
Kyle Ketchersid of Hermiston is a junior at Hermiston High School. He is an accomplished performer on several instruments, including bassoon and serves as a bassoonist with the Inland Northwest Orchestra.
Nathan Hu is a seventh grader at Enterprise Middle School in West Richland, Wash. He has studied piano for six years and has served as piano accompanist for his school choir. He also plays violin, performing with his school orchestra and the Mid-Columbia Youth Symphony.
The concert is free to attend, but donations will be accepted at the door. A reception will follow the performance.
