Heavy snow and wind is causing havoc throughout eastern Oregon.
Interstate 84 is closed in both directions between exit 216, six miles east of Pendleton, and Exit 265 near La Grande due to unchained semi-trucks blocking lanes on Cabbage Hill near milepost 224. Many other vehicles have either crashed or slid off the road, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
Elsewhere, Highway 395 is closed to both northbound and southbound traffic between OR 74 west of Pilot Rock and OR 244 at Ukiah due to multiple disabled vehicles.
