The Irrigon Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Halloween Trunk or Treat Festival on Monday, Oct. 31 at the event plaza, 420 N.E. Main Ave.
The event goes from 4:30 to 6 p.m. There will be a petting zoo, food, drinks, balloons, a movie, games, and prizes for the best trunk.
