Jeanine Collette Best, 59, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016 at her home in Irrigon.
She was born April 19, 1956. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, Jan. 29, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 500 Wilson Road, Boardman.
