Jeanine Collette Best, 59, of Irrigon, died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at her home in Irrigon.
She was born April 19, 1956. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 500 Wilson Road, Boardman, OR 97818.
