J. Larry Andersen April 9, 1938-April 16, 2013

J. Larry Andersen died on April 16, 2013 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 75.

He was born on April 9, 1938 in Renton, Wash., to William and Gladys Monaghan Andersen. Larry married Jessie Deremo Colpitts on March 18, 1990 in Hermiston. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, riding his scooter, and watching sporting events such as NASCAR and the Seattle Seahawks.

He is survived by his wife, Jessie Andersen, Hermiston; stepson, Ronald Colpitts and his wife, Hope, Hermiston; stepdaughters, Anne Badgwell and her husband, Brian, Pomeroy, Wash., and Mary Blake and her husband, Todd, Tacoma, Wash.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service with military honors were held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Hermiston Cemetery.
