Jacqueline J. “Jackie” Payne of Hermiston died on Aug. 12, 2019 in Newport at the age of 82.
She was born on June 16, 1937 in Spencer, Iowa.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
