James Daniel Bowman of Hermiston passed away in Hermiston on Feb. 26, 2023 at the age of 71.
He was born on Oct. 18, 1951 in Walla Walla, Wash. to Kenneth and Alice Dahl Bowman.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Echo Cemetery.
