James M. Meeks, former Hermiston resident, died on Aug. 13, 2023 in Canby at the age of 84.
He was born on April 21, 1939 in St. Maries, Idaho.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery, Stanfield.
