Jeffrey L. “Jeff” Phillips died on March 15, 2023 at his home in Umatilla at the age of 58.
He was born on Aug. 27, 1964 in Central Point.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
