Jim L. Boor of Heppner passed away on Feb. 15, 2026 at the age of 78.
He was born on Sept. 25, 1947.
A graveside service will take place at the Ione Cemetery on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow at the Ione American Legion.
