Joanne “Sis Ramos” Harris passed away on Aug. 9, 2017 at the age of 83.
She was born on April 18, 1934.
Sissy was an admired sister, auntie, teacher, friend and confidant with a quick wit, fierce intellect and huge heart. She lived on the family ranch where you would often find her with a Pepsi in hand, latest novel near her chair, and tennis on TV. She loved her family simply, fully and completely, and we all knew it.
A small private service and celebration of life will be held in the near future.
