John Gregory Walker passed away in Hermiston on Nov. 10, 2017 at the age of 61.
He was born on Jan. 28, 1956 in Hermiston to Woodrow and Edith Goodman Walker.
John lived the majority of his life in the Hermiston area. He graduated from Hermiston High School in the class of 1974. He worked various jobs throughout his life but mostly as a body and fender repairman or farming with his brother Steve.
He enjoyed golfing and fishing.
He is survived by a brother, Steve Walker; a son, Christopher; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Edith Walker, and brothers, Jerry and Dick Walker.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017 at the Hermiston Seventh-day Adventist Church, 855 W. Highland Ave. A private interment will be in the Hermiston Cemetery.
