Laurel “Joyce” Madsen of La Grande, former longtime Hermiston resident, died on Feb. 15, 2019 in La Grande at the age of 87.
She was born on Aug. 22, 1931.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1035 S.E. Ninth St., Hermiston.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
