Judy A. Hubbard Follett, a longtime Umatilla resident, died on April 8, 2016 in Hermiston at the age of 81.
She was born on March 29, 1935 in Gile, Wisc., to Dominic and Mary Cibrario Calvi. Judy was raised in Wisconsin until moving to Umatilla where she attended high school. She married Lenray Hubbard and he worked in heavy construction so they moved from one job site to the next. Living in 40-plus places over the next several years. They settled in Umatilla in 1964. Lenray preceded Judy in death in 1981. She married Dan Follett in 1986 and continued to live in Umatilla. Judy worked at the Umatilla Hospital for several years and later for the Umatilla School District until her retirement. Judy enjoyed Disneyland although her passion was helping others and would give to a fault.
She is survived by her son: Steve Hubbard and his wife Teresa, Hermiston, OR; daughters: Jeanne Kennedy and her husband Keith, Hermiston, OR, and Sue Ringe and her husband Joe, Hermiston, OR; her stepchildren: Dave, Joann, and Wilma; sister: Joan Grieser, Federal Way, WA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her husbands: Lenray Hubbard and Dan Follett, her parents, and 2 brothers: Stephen and Brian.

A graveside funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Hermiston Cemetery.
