Keith Vandever of Umatilla died on Jan. 23, 2019 in Hermiston at the age of 85.
He was born on April 28, 1933 in Smyer, Texas to Joel Edgar Vandever and Emma Sue Lewis Vandever.
A family celebration will be held.
