The Irrigon Knights celebrated Homecoming night Friday with a convincing 48-12 win over Union.
The Knights remained unbeaten at 4-0 on the strength of its running game. Freddy Vera churned up 132 yards on 15 carries and three touchdowns while Carolos Zacharias tallied 138 yards on just seven carries and two scores.
Irrigon begins league play on Friday at Culver. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
