Laura Dee Casper died on March 7, 2021 at her home in Hermiston at the age of 90.
She was born on Dec. 9, 1930 in Parma, Idaho to Charles and Lorena Allen Peterson.
She married Milton G. “Milt” Casper on Nov. 3, 1951.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milt, and sons, Bernard and David.
A private family burial will be at the Hermiston Cemetery.
