I live about 50 yards from the railroad 10 miles east of Pendleton. I counted over 20 nice big, shiny, oil cars headed west. When something terrible happens it is going to be too late for our city/county officials to cry out in horror. Pretty much day after day . . . coal, oil, coal, oil.
