Good Shepherd Health Care System recently wrapped up its 35th annual Light Up a Life fundraiser for Vange John Memorial Hospice.
The names of honorees will be read during a KOHU 1360 AM broadcast on Sunday, Jan. 7, 6 p.m. In addition, the names will be posted at www.facebook.com/gshcsnews.
During the December campaign, community members made donations in memory of loved ones and/or in honor of friends. Money raised assists Vange John Memorial Hospice in providing care for the terminally ill and their families. Its services include the coordination of medical services, medical equipment for in-home care, spiritual and emotional support, volunteer assistance and bereavement support.
