Louis K. Nakapalau died on Jan. 26, 2018 at his home in Echo at the age of 66.
He was born on March 24, 1951 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
A funeral service with military honors will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018 at 4 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center, 1035 S.E. Ninth St., Hermiston.
A private burial will be held at the Hermiston Cemetery.
