Good Shepherd Medical Center is inviting the public to attend a luncheon to introduce the ConneXions program at noon on Tuesday, April 21 in conference rooms 1 and 2 at the hospital.
ConneXions is a partnership between Good Shepherd, Lifeways and Umatilla County Human Services to provide coordination of services for community members, our neighbors, utilizing community health workers. The partners work to help people with medical, mental health and behavioral health concerns as well as basic needs such as transportation, housing, food, safety, health care services, and more.
