The Morrow County Education Foundation recently donated $23,645 to the Ione School District for the purchase of new technology for classrooms.
Principal Rollie Marshall said the district will purchase 10 Promethean boards, which are interactive learning boards, for classrooms.
“As a result of this generous grant, all of our students will benefit from this engaging learning tool we never had before,” said Marshall.
