The Main Stylin’ Nook in Stanfield is raising money for bio-medical freezers with its third annual Rapunzel Project fundraiser.
During the month of April, the Main Stylin’ Nook, which is partnering with Kenra Professional, is selling Rapunzel Heads for $5. Anyone purchasing one will have their name placed on the salon’s wall. The purchase includes a wrist band, a ticket for a year’s worth of Kenra 25 hairspray and a ticket in the salon’s trip jar.
The Rapunzel Project is a nonprofit organization founded by two cancer survivors and dedicated to helping chemotherapy patients keep their hair during treatment. The hair is saved with Cold Cap therapy. All donations are tax deductible.
